For local customers who need delivery services, we do have several delivery options for you to choose from and the charge depends on the product purchased.
- For order of self collection from our office, there is no charge.
- For order does not contain inflated air filled or helium balloons and above $100, we will provide one time free delivery. Please note that if your order contains helium tank rental, this shipping option is not applicable.
- For order does not contain inflated air filled or helium balloons and below $100, the delivery charge is $20 per trip.
- For order contains inflated air filled or helium balloons, the delivery charge is $30 per trip regardless of total order amount.
- For order contains helium tank rental, the 2-way tank delivery and collection charge is $50 regardless of total order amount.
Additional $10 is required for delivery to Sentosa and Jurong island. We will collect this additional charge in cash upon delivery.
Upon orders received, we will process and pack your order within 2 to 3 working days before it is ready for collection or delivery.
Below are the details for our delivery services:
- Delivery Time: 10.30 am to 5 pm on weekdays. Please contact us in advance for booking and arranging for night delivery on weekdays.
- There is no delivery service on Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays.
For local customers who do self collection, you can pick up from our office at 11 Woodlands Close, #05-04, Singapore 737853 during weekdays between 10 am to 5 pm, or Saturdays between 10am to 1 pm.
International Shipping
We ship to Malaysia and Brunei at the moment. We are regret that we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Our ordering system will calculate the shipping cost base on the products that you have added to the shopping cart as well as your shipping country, state/province and zip/postcode. The shipping cost is exclusive of any customs duties and other relevant taxes. Our shipping term is FOB which customers will assume all liability when items are shipped.
Customers can obtain the estimated shipping time for their preferred shipping method on our website after input the shipping address. Please note that the shipping time quoted is estimated only. All shipments may be subjected to customs inspection and clearance which may require additional days. Customers may need to contact their local customs office for details on customs times and possible delays.
